This business knows just what “Delivering Great Customer Service” means !! — as they have frankly now on Multiple Calls involving a sudden mal-function / total dis-function of our residential garage door opener —as tested AND PROVEN over the span of over the years over many years- CRAWFORD WINDOR has proven that business philosophy “Delivering Great Customer Service” to be absolutely true !! — as proven up once again just TODAY to cure as they quickly did a total power failure being an electrical short circuit due to ‘hidden wear’ of the drive chain on the power link. To be more specific, after the sudden failure this weekend and a late nite [NON-]emergency call, they called on opening this Monday morning and re-routed a Technician who diagnosed and the fixed the whole problem all in less than an hour. We are very grateful !!

These guys did a great job installing a new garage door motor when we purchased our home last year. Fast forward to last month, and we found that while the motor still worked great, it was wobbling a little bit when in use. We called Crawford Windor, and they sent out a guy the next day to fix it for free…almost 18 months after the original installation. Great service, great response, and they care about you as a customer.
