Ask us anything, or request a garage door quote for your home or building. Either way you are contacting the people who will actually do the work — not a call centre, and not a regional dispatch queue.
If you would rather talk to somebody, ring 541-342-2823. If it is easier to write it down, use one of the forms on this page.

How to get an accurate garage door quote
The more you can tell us up front, the closer the first number will be to the final one — and the fewer trips it takes to get there. Useful things to include:
- Rough opening size — width and height of the hole in the wall, not the door.
- Headroom — how much space there is between the top of the opening and the ceiling or the steel above it.
- What is there now, if anything, and whether it needs removing and hauling away.
- Whether the garage is attached to the house or heated, which changes whether insulation is worth paying for.
- A photo or two. Honestly the single most useful thing you can send. One of the opening from outside, one from inside showing the tracks and the ceiling.
If you do not know some of that, send the form anyway. It is our job to work it out, not yours.
Worth knowing before you compare any quotes, ours included: the Oregon Construction Contractors Board recommends getting more than one bid, checking that whoever you hire is licensed and bonded, and making sure the written agreement names the licence number and the materials. Their consumer tools set out what a good contract looks like.

What happens next
Your message comes straight to the office in Eugene, and somebody who knows the answer reads it — it does not go into a ticketing system in another state.
For most jobs the next step is a short conversation to fill in whatever the form could not, and then either a price or a visit. Repairs usually need somebody to look at the door; straightforward door replacements can often be quoted from photographs and measurements.
If your door is stuck, jammed, or has a broken spring and you cannot get a vehicle in or out, please ring rather than write. Springs in particular are not something to experiment with — there is more on that in our repairs and maintenance page.
Where we work
We cover Eugene, Springfield, Veneta, Junction City, Coburg, Creswell, Cottage Grove and Harrisburg, and into Linn County toward Albany. If you are not certain you are inside that, ring and ask — the answer is usually yes.
We handle residential doors, commercial doors and heavier industrial doors, and we service what we install as well as doors somebody else put in. If you want to know who you would be dealing with first, there is more on the about page.
Questions people ask before getting in touch
How much does a new garage door cost?
It depends on size, construction, material and glass. A standard insulated steel door for a two-car garage sits in a very different place from a full-view glass or real timber door. Send us the details and we will price it properly rather than guess.
Can I just send photos?
Please do. Photographs of the opening from outside and from inside, plus rough measurements, let us get much closer to a real number before anybody drives anywhere.
Do you work on doors you did not install?
Yes. We service most brands, whoever installed them originally.
How soon can you come out?
Usually the same day or the next day, within business hours. That is not a guarantee, because it depends on the season and how busy the crews are, but same-day or next-day is the norm rather than the exception. We do not currently run an after-hours service, so if something has happened overnight, ring first thing.
Which brands do you carry?
Hörmann, Amarr, Wayne Dalton and Midland on doors, and LiftMaster on openers. Industrial work is R&S Manufacturing.
